Timpani, the all-day dining restaurant at the Radisson Blu, Ahmedabad, is the perfect setting for an evening coffee date. The restaurant has a warm décor with plush coffee and cream upholstery, glass panels all around and soft ambient lighting. The buffet is open for all meals here and offers a wide spread of food. There is also a multitude of à la carte dishes on offer. Timpani is based on the ‘Easy and Modern’ theme and offers a variety of cuisines, from Thai and Italian to Chinese and North Indian. One of their signature dishes is the Dakos Salad. It consists of grilled French loaf topped with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and red onions. Soft feta cheese and olive oil are drizzled over it, making it simply irresistible. The macaroons at Timpani are another hot favourite among guests. The chocolate ganache almond macaroon comes highly recommended and will melt in your mouth.
