Wells Fargo Clearing Services Notifies Consumers of Recent Data Breach

On September 19, 2024, Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC d/b/a First Clearing filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that an unauthorized party was able to access the company’s IT network.
