On September 5, 2023, Vivendi Ticketing US LLC, d/b/a/ See Tickets (“See Tickets”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Maine after discovering that malicious actors installed malicious code within the company’s website. In this notice, See Tickets explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, addresses and payment card information….
