On February 6, 2025, VectraRx Mail Pharmacy Services LLC (“VRMP”) filed with the Attorney General of Texas disclosing a data breach that occurred back in December 2024. Subsequently, VRMP’s notice, also dated February 6, 2025, was posted on the data breach portal of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, indicating that there were more than 109,000 people affected by the VectraRx data breach….
