On November 17, 2023, U.S. Drug Mart, Inc. filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Texas after discovering that information in the company’s possession was subject to unauthorized access. In this notice, U.S. Drug Mart explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, addresses, driver’s license numbers and health information….
