TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions Notifies Consumers of Recent Data Breach

On October 2, 2024, TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions (“TRADS”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Vermont and the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that an unauthorized party was able to access portions of its computer network. In this notice, TRADS explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth….
