On March 30, 2023, TMX Finance Corporate Services, Inc. (“TMX Finance,” “TMX”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Maine after learning that an unauthorized party was able to access and potentially remove confidential consumer data stored on the company’s computer network.
