On December 19, 2023, Southeastern Orthopaedic Specialists, PA (“SOS”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Montana after learning that an unauthorized party was able to access portions of the company’s computer network. In this notice, SOS explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, demographic information, and reason for their visits….
