OnePoint Patient Care Files Notice of August 2024 Data Breach

On October 24, 2024, OnePoint Patient Care filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Texas after discovering that an unauthorized actor was able to access portions of the company’s computer network. In this notice, OPPC explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, Social Security numbers, residence information, medical record numbers, and diagnosis & prescription information….
