Missouri Department of Social Services Reports MOVEit Data Breach at IBM Consulting Compromised Protected Health Information

On August 8, 2023, the Missouri Department of Social Services (“DSS”) posted a notice of a third-party data breach on its website after discovering that the MOVEit server of one of its vendors, IBM Consulting, was subject to unauthorized access.
