On February 5, 2025, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“HPE”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after learning that the company recently experienced a “cybersecurity incident.” In this notice, Hewlett Packard Enterprise explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers….
