On November 14, 2024, First Analysis Corporation (“First Analysis”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Montana after discovering that an unauthorized party was able to access parts of its computer network. In this notice, First Analysis explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, addresses, email addresses, certain financial information, and Social Security numbers….
