On June 7, 2023, Exeter Finance, LLC filed a notice of data breach with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, a division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office.  after learning about a third-party data breach occurring at NCB Management Services, Inc (“NCB”).
