The pork belly with a poaches egg on top is a must try. The tender meat along with a poached egg on top, lent a moist and smooth on the palate. The beetroot risotto with salmon had the perfect mix of flavors and the wasabi complimented the salmon and rice. In the limited selection of desserts, the creamy pot of caramel which comes in three different flavors, is a specialty.
