he centrepiece of Shang Palace is the guest-facing, custom-made duck oven. All duck orders are expertly cooked here and brought to the guest’s table to be carved. The restaurant also has an open Dim Sum kitchen where guests can witness the delicate artistry at the hands of our master chefs, as well as a market style crab kitchen and an in-house tea master who artfully performs tableside tea ceremonies.
