Tatsu, a premiere Japanese restaurant is located inside the InterContinental hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The name is derived from “Tatsu-jin”, which means expert or master in Japanese language. The restaurant offers sophisticated twist to traditional Japanese dining against a minimalistic backdrop. The dark timber woods with sea cobalt blue and white color streams creates a calming yet harmonious dining environment that evokes the senses and pleases the palate. With a seating capacity of 147 seats, the restaurant has five different choices of dining and seating styles for a varied dining experience. One dish that stands out is the Crispy Duck Confit on Sprouts, served with Japanese spinach drizzled with sesame vinaigrette. They stock over 20 types of Sake and wine. Patrons can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful garden and splendid waterfall whilst sipping on the drinks.
