What do grandma's roast potatoes have to do with Asian food? At first glance: nothing!But every one of us, especially at a young age, is influenced by his environment - even when eating. And everyone has their own preferences! How should it taste, what should it look like, how does it smell? It develops its taste and learns very quickly to distinguish between original and forgery - as with grandma's fried potatoes.

And so it is not surprising that the two brothers Alexander and Constantine V. Bienenstamm, born and raised in Hong Kong, was rather disappointed with what was offered as Asian food in Germany's restaurants. And that's where the real story of coa started.
