As you enter the place, the white frames, wooden background and lanterns immediately set the right mood. The yellow glow of the suspended bulbs along with colorful and comfy furniture ensure that you have a great time with friends over coffee. For a cafe, the place offers a wide menu range from burgers, sandwiches, fries, pizzas to biryani, dal makhni and chicken tikka masala. Interestingly, the menu also offers maggi varieties like Chilli Cheese Maggi, Thai Maggi with coconut milk and basil and Maggi with sausage.

The head chef Kashiram, who has more than a decade experience in preparing Indian and Continental cuisines, suggests specials like Kozhi Melagu Skewers which is a concoction of dessicated coconut crusted pepper chicken strips and Green Apple Chutney and Drunken Doughnuts topped with cherry, cream and chocolate Ganache. Prior to taking charge of Cafe Central, he worked with prominent luxury resorts and hotels in the city and beyond. His favorites also include BBQ Wings, Grilled Fish Cilantro with Lemon & Jalapenos and Fire Eater Burger.
