One of the first Parsi restaurants in the city, the décor and ambience do justice to the Parsi theme, right from the furniture to the dress codes of the waiters.Parsi fare is crafted with rich ingredients, yet the dishes are often delicately balanced - subtle yet wholesome, passionate yet light-hearted. This paradox is what the restaurant strives to recreate. Their Persian ancestors were particularly passionate about slow-cooked mutton. The signature Gosht Ni Kebab No Pulao is reflective of this passion. It is a classic Parsi pulao richly layered with slow-cooked mutton, potatoes, egg, goat mince kebabs and fried onions and served with masala dal. Their love for seafood stems from living in coastal areas in Gujarat and Mumbai. The enticing signature Kheema Pav is a nostalgia filled meal of Irani-style Kheema cooked with five secret spices and cubed potatoes served with fresh Bun Pav. The Signature Lollypop Na Facha consists of chicken lollypops marinated in seven secret spices and fried to perfection. Meals meet a sweet end with their signature Lagan Nu Custard, the iconic baked Parsi custard made with eggs, milk, sugar and cardamom, traditionally served at weddings.
