Huîtrière (L')
Brussels - Belgium
This restaurant is located in a typical patrician house, fully panelled and decorated with Breughelian paintings, in the historical centre of Brussels. His felt like and opulent-looking ambiance has been adulated by many famous artists. Jean Marais, Jean Piat, Jean-Louis Trintignant or Bernard Blier (who was really an unconditional fan of the lobster « beurre de Corail »), have frequented this surprising place. Besides the « Prince of the shellfishes », the kitchen favours the seafood: plate of seafood, big soles « meunière » and many other fishes, are delighting the most demanding gourmets..
