ALL BITES AND PLATES AT NEUF ARE COOKED AND SERVED WITH PASSION Bistrot Neuf on the Haarlemmerstraat number 9 is all about true, authentic French food. Cozy and uncomplicated dining with a menu carefully paired with our extensive selection of wines. In other countries, this formula has registered a great success, for instance, in Italy, there is the Trattoria/ enoteca, in Spain, the Tapas Bars and, of course, in France, the bistrot bar-á-vin. In Belgium, it’s called a tavern and, in the Netherlands, the bistrot is simply known as a café, an unpretentious place to eat, a concept between a restaurant and a bar. In addition to serving dinner we are one of the few places in the centre of Amsterdam that serves a warm lunch as well, so our kitchen is open all day long. The menu is inspired by the French cuisine and we only use fresh seasonal products.
