Colonial Surety Company Announces Data Breach Stemming from May Cybersecurity Incident

On December 19, 2024, Colonial Surety Company (“CSC”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that confidential information in the company’s possession was subject to unauthorized access.
