In Bosco v Mentor Worldwide LLC, 2024 BCSC 1931, the plaintiffs alleged that Mentor’s silicone gel-filled breast implants, MemoryGel, caused adverse health effects, including connective tissue disorders (CTDs) and autoimmune symptoms.
