A ransomware attack has crippled the printing systems of the German newspaper Heilbronn Stimme, making it impossible for it to print hard copies of its daily publications. The hackers successfully took down servers responsible for running the printing system. The newspaper was forced to publish 28-page e-paper. Employees were asked to work from home on their personal computers, and new email addresses were assigned to them.
