Yes! Communities Sends Data Breach Letters Related to December 2024 Incident

On February 24, 2025, Yes! Communities, Inc. (“Yes Communities”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Texas after discovering suspicious activity on its computer network that turned out to be a cyberattack. In this notice, Yes Communities explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names, addresses, driver’s license numbers, and Social Security numbers….
