Via Credit Union Notifies Over 60k People of Recent Data Breach

On February 24, 2025, Via Credit Union (“ViaCU”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Maine after discovering that an unauthorized party accessed its computer system and acquired certain files. In this notice, Via Credit Union explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names.
