On January 31, 2025, the Jewish Child Care Association of New York (“JCCA”) filed a notice of data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights after discovering that an unauthorized party accessed Jewish Child Care Association of New York’s computer systems.
