Octagon Sends Round of Data Breach Letters Following Recent Cybersecurity Incident

On December 31, 2024, Octagon, Inc. filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that confidential information entrusted to the company was subject to unauthorized access.
