Massachusetts Implements Long-Awaited Licensing Regime for Out-of-State Pharmacies

Until recently, Massachusetts was the only state that did not maintain a licensing regime for nonresident pharmacies (i.e., out-of-state pharmacies shipping drugs into the state).
