On September 5, 2024, Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort & Casino (“Riverside Casino”) filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after discovering that an unauthorized party accessed and acquired certain information from the company’s computer network. In this notice, Riverside Casino explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names and Social Security numbers….
