On August 12, 2024, Rödl Management, Inc. (“Rödl”) filed a notice of data breach on behalf of Jamestown, L.P. and its affiliate, JT Tax Services L.P., after discovering that an unauthorized party was able to access Rödl’s computer network. In this notice, Rödl explains that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party being able to access consumers’ sensitive information, which includes their names and Social Security numbers….
