Ohio Nov. 17, 2022) – While the plaintiff claimed that, following his motor vehicle accident with the defendants’ semi-trailer truck, he suffered from “head pain, neck pain, headaches, sensitivity to light, sensitivity to sound, trouble concentrating, memory loss…and mental anguish,” the defendants were denied the right to obtain the plaintiff’s mental health records as they were deemed unrelated to the subject claim….
