On June 28, 2023, Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (“TCRS”) posted a “NOTICE OF DATA SECURITY BREACH” on its website after learning that PBI Research Services, a third-party vendor used by TCRS, experienced a data breach related to the MOVEit file transfer software.
