On May 9, 2023, Fontainebleau Florida Hotel, LLC (“Fontainebleau Hotel”) filed a notice of data breach with the Office of the Maine Attorney General after learning that confidential consumer information stored on the company’s computer network was accessed by an unauthorized party.
