Bright Horizons Notifies Current and Former Employees of Recent Data Breach

On March 27, 2023, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc. (“Bright Horizons”) filed a notice of data breach with the Massachusetts Attorney General after learning that an unauthorized actor logged on to the company’s corporate system and stole files containing confidential employee information. Based on the company’s official filing, the incident resulted in an unauthorized party gaining access to current and former employees’ names, addresses and Social Security numbers….
